    • Can I return my order for a refund?
      • Due to the fact that all items are handmade, there are no refunds. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
    • What if I receive my order and it’s damaged, can I return it then?
      • If you received your order and it is damaged upon arrival, please complete the following: Send e-mail to with the following information:
        • Subject line: Damaged Order Received
        • Email: Please provide order number, tracking number, date received and pictures to show evidence of damage within 48 hours of receiving package.
        • Once the item is shipped back to DesignZ By CT no later than 3 days after point of contact, you can request a full refund or a replacement of the same order.
        • **Please note: since this is art, you will not receive the exact item, but something very similar to the original.** Also, customer is responsible for the cost of shipping of the item back to DesignZ By CT. 

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by customer in connection with the product will be allowed under any circumstances.
