Shipping Policy

All orders (except custom orders) will be shipped out in 2-3 business days (Saturday & Sunday orders are processed on Monday)  from the date your order was processed. Please visit the custom order page for shipping time frame. 

If you place an order after 5pm (EST), your order will be processed the next business day. 

You will receive an e-mail or text message including the tracking number from DesignZ by CT once your order has been shipped.

Once you receive your tracking number from DesignZ by CT, you must follow up with the delivery service (USPS) with your tracking number to check on the delivery status.
