Can I return my order for a refund?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
What if I receive my order and it’s damaged, can I return it then?
If you received your order and it is damaged upon arrival, please complete the following: Send e-mail to info@designzbyct.com with the following information:
Subject line: Damaged Order Received
Email: Please provide order number, tracking number, date received and pictures to show evidence of damage within 48 hours of receiving package.
