All orders (except custom orders) will be shipped out in 2-3 business days from the date your order was processed.

You will receive an e-mail including the tracking number from DesignZ by CT once your order has been shipped.

Once you receive your tracking number from DesignZ by CT, you must follow up with the delivery service (USPS) with your tracking number to check on the delivery status.
