Order Processing

  • Can I change/add a product on my order?
    • Once you have placed your order, the order is logged and cannot be adjusted. Please review the contents of your order BEFORE continuing to the payment section.
  • How can I modify my address once my order has been placed?
    • Please notify me ASAP that your address will need to be updated. Please e-mail with the following information:
      • E-mail: Please provide the correct address. 
  • How long does it take to process orders?
    • Once your order has been placed it will take 2-3 business days to finalize and prep the order for shipment. This timeline DOES NOT include custom orders (please refer to the custom order page for shipping time frame).


  • Where does my product ship from?
    • Cleveland, Ohio
  • How long does shipping take?
    • You can look to receive your package anywhere between 3-10 business days, after placing your order unless otherwise stated in the product description. This timeline DOES NOT include custom orders.
  • What happens when my item is returned to sender?
    • If your item is returned to the sender, it’s usually because the address was invalid or entered incorrectly. This can also occur if your unit, suite or apartment number is missing. If this has occurred, please e-mail me so I can resolve this issue and get your product to you. Additional fees may apply.

      • E-mail: Please provide order number and tracking number.
  • Why is my resin bendy when it was shipped to me? 
    • During the summer months, you may experience your resin pieces being malleable when you receive them. This is normal. Please lay your resin in a cool area flat on a table. After a few hours your resin artwork will harden. Should you experience any issues, please email me immediately at with your order number and description of what you are experiencing. 
  • I want my items today! Do you offer same day delivery?
    • I do not offer express shipping, pick up or delivery service.
  • Who is my package shipped through?
    • I use standard shipping through the USPS. You will receive shipping notification email/text with your tracking number after your order ships.
  • What do I do if my tracking status says “delivered” but I haven’t received my package?
    • I will review your order and make sure there are no discrepancies. I will investigate and check to be sure that your package went out routinely. In the event we find no discrepancies, we then would suggest that you contact the carrier USPS (United States Postal Service). Give them your tacking number and let them know you didn’t receive your package even though USPS states proof of delivery. You will then file a claim with the carrier because once it ships it’s in the hands of USPS.


  • Can I return my order for a refund?
    • Unfortunately, there are no refunds. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
  • What if I receive my order and it’s damaged, can I return it then?
    • If you received your order and it is damaged upon arrival, please complete the following: Send e-mail to with the following information:
      • Subject line: Damaged Order Received
      • Email: Please provide order number, tracking number, date received and pictures to show evidence of damage within 48 hours of receiving package.

Product Specific

  • Will my wine glass, cup or mug fit the coaster set?
    • Yes! Every coaster is made to fit the standard size wine glass, cup or mug.
  • What size wine glass does the wine holder fit?
    • The wine holder fits “most” wine glasses.
    • It is preferred that you use "thin" stem wine glasses for the wine holder.
    • Wine glasses should not be forced into the wine holder. You can break or bend the wine holder.
  • What kind of resin do you use with your products?
    • We use ultra-premium/doable epoxy resin.
  • How long will my resin art last?
    • Forever! Seriously, my creations are made with the highest quality products. Please refer to Care Instructions to learn how to take care of your resin art pieces so that it can lasts a lifetime. Honestly, it’s up to you for how long your resin piece will last. If you take care of your resin art, it will last. 
  • Can I use my resin art products be used outdoors?
    • Yes, you can enjoy your resin outdoors. It is U.V and water resistant.****WARNING**** Please restrict from exposing your products in direct sunlight and heat for long periods of time.
  • What materials are used for your resin art pieces?
    • We use the following:
      • Epoxy resin, Mica Powders, Alcohol inks, Acrylic Paints, Silicone molds
    • What type of coasters do you make?
      • I make the following shapes:
        • Geode, Square, Circle, Irregular and Triangle
      • Can I reserve a product if I’m not ready to purchase?
        • No, all products are sold on first come first serve basis. Once the product has been sold is no longer available. If you would like an item that is similar in style and color, please submit a request for a custom order.

Digital Downloads / Workshops

  • How will I receive my digital download class?
    • Once you place your order you will receive an email with your digital download with instructions. 
  • What if I don't receive an email with the digital download?
    • When you place your order, please make sure that you include an accurate email address. The digital product will only be sent to the email that is listed on the order. If you should have any issues, please send an email to along with your invoice number. 
  • What is included in the digital download?
    • You will receive an video if you order an class. If you ordered an Ebook or a checklist, you will receive an PDF via email.
  • How will I receive my supply kit for a workshop?
    • You will receive your supply kit one week prior to the start of the workshop. Please make sure that you include an accurate mailing address and email address. The supply kit will only be sent to the mailing address that you place on your order. Please check your email often as it gets closer to your workshop date. All communication will done via email and not social media. 
  • What if I need to change my address for my supply kit for a workshop?
    • You must send an email to with your invoice number 2 weeks before the start of the workshop. This will ensure that your supply kit will be delivered in time for the start of the workshop.
