ORDER PROCESSING

Q: Can I add or change items after placing my order?
A: Once an order has been submitted, it enters processing and cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Q: How do I update my shipping address?
A: Contact us as soon as possible at info@designzbyct.com. We can update your address if the order has not yet shipped.

Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Custom orders require additional production time.

Q: How long do custom orders take?
A: Most custom orders require 14 days and ship on the 15th day. Custom Greek Letter orders require up to 21 days due to specialty materials.

SHIPPING

Q: Where do orders ship from?
A: Cleveland, Ohio.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays.

Q: What if my package is returned to sender?
A: Packages are typically returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Q: What if my tracking shows delivered but I did not receive my package?
A: Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, customers must contact USPS directly to initiate an investigation or claim.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please email info@designzbyct.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

Each case will be reviewed individually.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Q: Will my wine glass, mug, or cup fit the coaster set?
A: Yes. Our coasters are designed to accommodate standard-sized drinkware.

Q: Will my wine glass fit the wine holder?
A: Most standard wine glasses fit. Thin-stem wine glasses are recommended. Do not force glasses into the holder.

Q: What resin do you use?
A: We use high-quality epoxy resin along with premium pigments, mica powders, alcohol inks, and acrylic paints.

Q: How long will my resin art last?
A: With proper care, resin art can last for many years. Please refer to our Care Instructions page for best practices.

Q: Can I use my resin pieces outdoors?
A: Resin is water-resistant and UV-resistant; however, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme heat is not recommended.

WORKSHOPS

Q: How will I receive my workshop supply kit?
A: Supply kits are shipped approximately 7 days before the workshop date.

Q: What if I need to update my shipping address for a workshop?
A: Please contact us at least 10 days before the workshop so we can update your information before kits are shipped.

Q: Is the workshop beginner friendly?
A: Absolutely! No prior resin experience is required. You’ll learn resin safety, mixing, coloring techniques, and project creation step-by-step.

Q: What is included with the workshop?
A: Your registration includes live instruction, a workshop supply kit, Q&A time, and beginner-friendly guidance to help you create with confidence.
