Shipping Policy

Ready-to-Ship Items

• Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Custom Orders

• Most custom orders require a 14-day production period and will be shipped on the 15th day.

• Custom Greek Letter orders require additional production time due to materials being specially ordered. Please allow up to 21 days before shipment.

Resin Beginner Workshops

• Workshop supply kits are shipped approximately 7 days prior to the scheduled class date.

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays in receiving your workshop materials.

Tracking Information

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once a shipping label has been created.

Shipping Carrier

• All orders are shipped via USPS.

• Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are determined by the shipping provider.
