REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting DesignZ by CT. Each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Please review our refund policy before placing your order.

RESIN ART PRODUCTS

Can I return my order for a refund?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on completed resin art pieces.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@designzbyct.com with the following:

• Order number
• Tracking number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

Each claim will be reviewed individually.

If approved, DesignZ by CT may provide a replacement item.

Please note: that resin art is a fluid art form and every piece is one of a kind. While I will use the same colors, materials, and design inspiration, I cannot guarantee that a replacement piece will look exactly like the original item purchased. Resin cures naturally and creates unique patterns and movement, making each piece truly one of a kind.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Can I cancel my custom order?

No. Production begins immediately after a custom order is placed. Because materials are purchased and work begins specifically for your order, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

WORKSHOPS

Can I receive a refund for a workshop registration?

Workshop registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 14 days prior to the workshop date. Depending on availability, your registration may be transferred to a future workshop.

What if I do not receive my workshop supply kit?

Workshop supply kits are shipped approximately 7 days before the workshop date. If your kit has not arrived within 3 business days of the workshop, please contact us immediately at info@designzbyct.com.
